Red Lobster is a restaurant that sparks up fond memories from my childhood. But unlike most of the restaurants I remember from my childhood, Red Lobster is not a fast-food outlet. It is a mid-range casual dining spot aimed at middle class families and young professionals. My memories of Red Lobster consist of my family and I consuming delicious seafood dishes that I normally shied away from. I always enjoyed Red Lobster's dishes and they opened my young mind to new types of foods that I had previously thought were "gross".
Red Lobster's main menu consists of seafood, including lobster but certainly a lot of other types of seafood as well. And a number of other types of entrees are also served, for those who don't like seafood or simply aren't in the seafood mood when they visit. That combination of quality food and variety are what keep people coming back time and time again. Red Lobster may not be the biggest restaurant chain in the world, but it has a loyal following in the USA, Canada, and Japan.
